WHAT HAPPENS IF I BUY MY PASS IN AN UNOFFICIAL SALES POINT AND IT TURNS OUT TO BE FAKE?

If you haven’t obtained your ticket or pass through an authorised sales point, you will not have the right of issuing any claims to the festival management. Please, never obtain tickets via unofficial channels.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY TICKET?

The organisation shall not be held responsible for loss of tickets or passes.

HOW CAN I REACH IFEMA?

Our facilities are very close to the city centre and are well connected by Metro station CAMPO DE LAS NACIONES, bus lines and commuter trains. See the DIRECTIONS section to find out how to get to MULAFEST.

CAN I EXIT THE PREMISES AND ENTER AGAIN?

Yes, this will be possible. But remember: if you break or lose your bracelet you won’t be able to enter the festival again.

CAN I ENTER THE PREMISES WITH FOOD OR BEVERAGES?

Entering the festival grounds with beverages or food is not allowed, except in cases of diseases/food allergies that require special food that is not available in the fair. People who need to bring their own food because of this will have to bring a medical certificate with them to prove it.

CAN I ENTER THE PREMISES WITH PHOTO OR VIDEO CAMERAS?

Entering the premises with professional photo or video cameras is not allowed, except for previously authorised media.

CAN I ENTER THE PREMISES WITH ANIMALS?

Entry with animals is not permitted, except for guide dogs accompanying visually impaired persons.

IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC SPACES PREPARED FOR PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY OR ANY KIND OF SPECIAL NEEDS?

Yes, there is a spot for persons with reduced mobility, who can be accompanied by one person.

IS THERE A CLOAKROOM?

Yes, there is a cloakroom/locker in the premises and will be distributed along the festival area. Entering the festival with motorcycle helmets is not allowed. You can leave them with our staff at the entrance.

WHERE ARE THE TOILETS IN THE FESTIVAL PREMISES?

There will be several toilets in the outdoor and indoor premises. Their locations will be indicated by signposts.

WHERE ARE THE TRASH BINS? IS THERE ANY RECYCLING SYSTEM?

Selective waste collection will be conducted. There will be several spots along the premises in which to discard rubbish, their locations will be marked. Help us improve the festival’s sustainability by disposing of wastes in their corresponding containers. Thank you very much!

IS THERE A MERCHANDISING AREA IN THE PREMISES OF THE FESTIVAL?

Yes, there is a space devoted to Festival and Artists Official Merchandise in the premises.

ARE THERE ANY DOCTORS IN THE FESTIVAL?

Obviously, there is a medical centre and an ambulance. Their location is duly indicated by signposts. Please contact our medical and security staff if an incident occurs so you can receive the help you need.

IF I HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM, IS THERE ANY SECURITY SPOT WHERE I CAN RECEIVE HELP?

Please contact our medical and security staff -who are spread throughout the premises- if there is an incident so you can receive the help you need.

WHAT TYPE OF CLOTHES SHOULD I WEAR TO MULAFEST CONCERTS?

Remember that Madrid is very hot in June and IFEMA is an open-air space. Thus, we recommend wearing sunglasses and comfortable, light clothing, as well as caps or hats for sun protection. We also recommend proper hydration, especially during the day.

WHAT IS THE REIMBURSEMENT PROCESS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION? UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?

In case of cancellation, you can request reimbursement to the company through which you acquired your tickets and/or passes, within thirty days after the public communication of the cancellation. If more than half the scheduled concerts are cancelled, the event will be considered as cancelled. Bad weather, natural disasters, Spanish airspace closure or other causes of force majeure will not justify ticket reimbursement.

If you have the right to reimbursement, the distribution cost applied by sales channels to the price of the ticket will not be reimbursed by the Management under any circumstances. You can see the complete conditions of purchase here.

IMPORTANT WARNING: we recommend arriving to the premises a while before the concerts start in order to avoid crowds.

CAN I BUY A TICKET OR PASS IN THE PREMISES?

For the whole duration of the Festival, 24 to 26 of June, 2016, there will be a ticket and pass sale window located at the Public Access of the premises, in the South access near Avenida del Partenón 5.
