SBTRKT dj set

Back in 2011, SBTRKT burst onto the scene with an album of the same name. But since 2009, Aaron Jerome, the name behind the SBTRKT musical project, has been exploring the limits of the known, crossing the bridges previously traversed by Disclosure, London Grammar and FKA Twigs. Since then, he has remixed tracks by artists like M.I.A. and Radiohead. He uses electronic and acoustic drums, synthesisers and effects to give unique textures to sounds, covering the entire spectrum of sound and emotion.

Since releasing his first LP he has travelled the world to massive acclaim, concealing himself in modern interpretations of native ceremonial masks, seeking anonymity and letting the music speak for itself. In 2014 he released his most recent LP, “Wonder Where We Land”, which focuses on sound outside the usual trends and categories that mark the music scene.
