Cashless is a speedy, efficient new system that will make your time at MULAFEST easier than ever. The smart bracelet is here! This system streamlines access and can also be used to pay for shopping, food and drinks. Leave your wallet at home and use the Cashless payment system.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
When you arrive at the festival, you’ll be given your bracelet.
Make for one of the cash desks or top-up points and add money to your bracelet with cash or using a bank card. The first top-up costs €1 and all subsequent top-ups are free.
Pay with your bracelets at any bar, food truck or shop. It’s quick and easy. Goodbye queues!
Remember, you can top up your bracelet whenever you like, at no charge.
Top up your bracelet with as much money as you think you are going to need at the festival. That way you won’t have to waste time queueing. Any money you haven’t spent will be refunded at the end of the festival.
REFUNDS
If there are any funds left in your bracelet at the end of the event, you can apply for a refund by visiting the website https://gspot.glownet.com/mulafest-2016, from Thursday, 30 June at 10.00 until Thursday 7 July at 23.59 (no immediate reimbursement, with bank charges).
Find the first, five-digit number on the back of the bracelet at the top and the second alphanumeric number (UID) at the bottom.
Enter these ID numbers in the corresponding sections to verify your refund and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

WHAT IS A CASHLESS BRACELET?
It is a bracelet that contains a radio frequency identification (RFID) chip. Think of your bracelet as an electronic wallet that you can use to buy food and drinks at the festival, without worrying about cash and bank cards. It will also give you access to certain areas of the festival.
HOW DO I GET MY CASHLESS BRACELET?
When you get to the festival, we’ll swap your ticket for a CASHLESS bracelet.
HOW DOES THE SYSTEM WORK?
You can use your CASHLESS bracelet to pay for food and drinks during the festival. When you place your order at the bar or food area, just move the chip on your bracelet to the payment terminal. Once the transaction is confirmed, the amount will automatically be debited from the balance in your bracelet.
CAN I PAY FOR FOOD AND DRINK WITH CASH OR BANK CARD?
No. You will not be able to pay with money anywhere at the festival. MULAFEST is a cashless festival and your “Cashless” bracelet is the only way to make purchases while you are at the festival.
HOW DO I ADD CREDIT TO MY RFID BRACELET?
Arriving at the entrance, head for the nearest top-up area (outside hall 3 and hall 5) to add credit to your CASHLESS bracelet. There is a €1 charge the first time you add credit.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BRACELET RUNS OUT OF CREDIT?
Don’t worry if your CASHLESS bracelet runs out of credit. You can top it up as often as you like in any of the top-up areas quickly, simply and securely.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY BALANCE?
You can check your balance in any bar, shop or food area, top up bank or at customer services. Just tell the operator you want to know your balance, hold your bracelet close to the payment terminal and you’ll know your balance in an instant.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS MONEY LEFT IN THE BRACELET AFTER THE FESTIVAL?
Don’t worry! If there are any funds left in your bracelet, you can request your money back at the top-up points at the festival or, if it is more convenient, on our webpage https://gspot.glownet.com/mulafest-2016, from Thursday, 30 June at 10.00 until Thursday 7 July at 23.59 no (immediate refund, with bank charges).
CAN I SHARE MY CASHLESS BRACELET WITH ANOTHER PERSON?
No. Each RFID chip is associated with just one user. Bracelets that have been removed, cut or tampered with will not be accepted as a method of payment.
CAN I TREAT MY FRIENDS USING MY RFID BRACELET?
Of course!
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THESE CASHLESS BRACELETS?
This payment system will save you time queueing at food stalls and bars. You won’t have to worry about using cash or coins or doing transactions with a bank card. It’s safe, quick and easy to use.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY CASHLESS BRACELET? CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
If you lose your bracelet, just ask for another one at customer services. There is no personal or confidential information saved in the bracelet, so don’t worry! You should treat your bracelet as though it were cash. If you lose it, we cannot give you another bracelet with the balance contained in the other one.
